Internet slower on computer than phone

So been troubleshooting with someone from Nord and got nowhere. Interesting that I had a 30 day cancellation option that is about to end! I wonder if speeds go down past the 30 day cancellation period.

Well it's only 29 days so I've cancelled. Not paying for something that xxxers my internet speeds. Now I don't have a dedicated IP though.
