I do understand and know how to make their account password-less and I plan on giving them that option, if they want it.

I have thought about doing it that way too, but I really don't want to be involved in that with them, month to month. And I don't trust them remembering themselves. These people are much closer to the end then they are to the beginning. It has been so long since they had a new computer that they have not dealt with updates, (other than maybe Security & Microsoft Antivirus) for years now.
