Is it possible to customize the new context menu?

ive been sending in complaints to microsoft about this for ages..
I seem to be the only person who feels this way but what i absolutely hate is that I cant move rubbish around in the context menu to fit my needs. I rename tons of files everyday right, how effing dumb is it to put the Rename and Delete button on top of each other. The way they have coded in the context menu makes it impossible to do what i want even using 3rd party software. There are certain apps that allowed me to move, delete and add to the context menu but the weird thing is the context menu is broken into sections and only a small amount can be messed with. Until they code it different and add all the customization options we are screwed...lol. If you find a way please let me know.

I turned into old style context menu with reg tweak and removed all of the trashes.
But maybe he asks for configuration of the new context menu.
If he doesn't I am asking if it is possible to customize the new context menu...
