Is my AIO pump faulty?

I have two computers with Corsair H60 AIOs. According to the ASUS monitoring program the pump speed never changes. However, the AIO fan speed increases as the CPU temperature increases. This behavior can be varied some by modifying the fan curves.
How is this relevant?

whatever it may be, there is little to nothing one can do to fix such AIO issues, besides changing a rusty fan if it was the case. Checking or swapping headers, some software tricks if it has one, maybe detach it and give it a shake about, wiggle the liquid & bubbles in it while breathing in some hopium gas. Otherwise RMA warranty or check with the producer.
Quite complicated enclosed system with moving parts, only fans are serviceable. Noise may be one thing as long as cooling is unaffected, but once that gets hit then its obvious something gave in. Most times its the propelar getting damaged or sludged in.
On air not much can happen but fan dying and cause is pretty obvious.

So can't I just RMA it and get a brand new one, same model?

The OP said his pump speed increases. The speed should be constant. If it is really changing then it is faulty.

The OP said his pump speed increases. The speed should be constant. If it is really changing then it is faulty.
The speed is controlled by the motherboard, unless he has it plugged into a special pump header.

One of the complaints about my main motherboard is that it doesn't have a pump header. All of the headers can be used for either fans or a pump, and have variable voltages by default. The board has a long initial setup period (probably not the correct term) for DDR5. Having the pump essentially not running for that time causes the CPU's thermal shutdown to trip. (Solution: plug the pump into the optional CPU fan header. After the RAM is recognized and I can get into the BIOS settings, set that header to full on.)

Unfortunately this all depends on how the specific pump is connected.

I'm a computer enthusiast so have quite a few systems that I run. More like an advanced hobby.

I am pretty sure that pump is PWM and that it's rpm will vary depending on CPU or some other temperature setup in the pumps profile. Even if it is not a PWM and pump speed can be controlled by varying the the voltage. It doesn't need to run full speed, though most people setup the pump to run at a fixed speed.

EDIT: I just watched the OP video - I couldn't before because I was watching a movie. THE OP SYS_FAN_$_PUMP I assume is the actual pump, which is PWM from the video, and he is gradually increasing the pump speed to illustrate the issue. It is quite loud. Even at 100% it should be pretty quiet even if you open the case and put your ear nearby.

this is what I'm saying too. Yet the shop keeps being a j%rk. I will not let them deny it. At least for the dysfunctional broken InfinityMirror alone

**7900x, Deepcool LT720, stock AIO fans,** also the Infinity Mirror doesn't have LED on it which apparently it SHOULD

I'm guessing in all the time you have had this computer you not once checked the manual for the AIO,

and that there is an RGB cable from the AIO that needs to be connected to the appropriate RGB header on the motherboard,

Also the pump is not PWM as it only has a three wire connection. One more thing that most others posting here have said, stop running the pump at variable speeds as they are designed to run at a fixed speed.

Then you should be contacting Deepcool for a warranty replacement. According to the specs,

the pump is rated to run at 3100 RPM (+/- 10%) and 19 dB, which is quiet enough that you would have to all but put your ear on the pump to hear it.
