Your not seeing the problem.

When you hit F11 to get to Safe Mode menu, it can't see your RAID.

I would think it's the same as for non-RAID

Instead... go to Start > Run and type: msconfig
Then, on the Boot tab, choose: Safe Boot

I've never done RAID so I don't know if Safe Mode will see it.
Safe Mode may NOT load the RAID array/driver/voodoo, what ever.



On a side note... do we really need RAID with M.2 SSDs?

The F8 key not F11 key use to give you option to boot into Safe Mode not any longer you have that option on with Windows 11 and Windows 10.

It may also depend on the type of RAID.
RAID 0 is striping, has different parts of a file on each drive and loss of one drive loses everything on both.
RAID 1 is mirroring, second drive is full image of first drive.
Removing a drive from either will break the booting process.
And there's other versions.
I use RAID 1 on my 2TB NAS drive, has 2 x 2TB drives in the case.

RAID5 RAID6 RAID 10 are the others mostly used

It is not the same for RAID.
