Is there any difference between Beta and Release Preview Channels any more?
As far as I can tell, these are the same thing now.
Also I did not fully appreciate this when updating optional cumulative updates, that I am effectively running Beta/RP anyway.
In other words, am I correct in saying to stay of formal release version, you should not install optional build updates.
