Is Tracking TPL Gone From Edge on Windows 11?

I'm setting up a fresh install of Windows 11 and I don't see any tracking protection settings like these used to exist in Edge in the past. I used to always install Fanboy's for example, but was wondering if MS has dropped that from the latest versions (or perhaps I'm just overlooking it now)?
