I think there's changes under the hood as well.At present it does seem that Win 11 is just Win 10 with a new GUI and more security features turned on. The thing we need to realize is that as Win 11 matures the similarities are going to get further and further apart. I look for some time in the near future for all noncompliant devices to either stop receiving updates or to have major stability issues.
