Solved Issue with fan

Hi, i got a problem my cpu's fan sometimes It makes a lot of noise and the screen freezes,after seconds it returns to Normal, it happens a lot and it concerns me because my computer is new and i analyzed it and Does not seem to detect any issues , can you guys help me?

Welcome to the forum. If this PC is new as you stated, it may still be under warranty. Seems like the CPU freezes when it gets too hot. I suggest returning it to either have it repaired or replaced.

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
Also, could you describe the noise that you are hearing? Is it simply noise because the fan is spinning very fast or is there a sort of rattling or grinding sound that might indicate that the fan is seizing up or failing to spin freely?

Just the noice is the fan spinning very fast

At a random moment the fan on the laptop sounds very loud and the screen freezes for seconds, then it goes away and everything is normal
