Issue with Windows Explorer

For some reason when I select a music file and click on Properties - Details, I no longer have the option to name the contributing artist, it's gone !
I have been doing this for years while editing music tracks without a problem.
Have attached a screenshot of what I am seeing now when I click on Details.
Is there a way to fix this ?

I "record" Youtubes. When I save the .mp3 I name it then.

The file in your screenshot is a partial Opera download ( .opdownload ), there's no music content to edit as far as Windows can tell.
If it is a complete file, change the extension to the appropriate audio type.

Thanks for that, there were 2 tracks in my Downloads folder that I downloaded yesterday when I was having issues with my wi-fi, and these were the ones I was having a problem with.
I deleted both of them.
I checked some of the tracks I downloaded months ago and I can see Contributing Artist when I click on Properties-Details.
Appreciate your help !
