Are you seeing it in Control Panel > Programs and Features?

KB4023057 has been silently offered in WU on Win 10/11, almost every month since February 2021.
You should see it, over and over in your update history.

I'm too lazy to get on Win 10 right now, but on Win 11...

It seems MS only offers KB4023057 if the version you have is out-of-date. They never change the KB number either.
On Windows 10, you'll see them all the way back to Feb 2021.

I'm on the regular channel... so if I'm seeing them... I'd imagine all the Insiders would be seeing them as well.
I do remember seeing them when I was still a Win 11 Insider... before Oct. 5th 2021

Yes see both of them but didn't realize it used a different name. It's similar to how KB890830 is which seems to have a monthly update since atleast the early 2000s if not earlier.

I thought the original post meant there was supposed to be a update today. Per the Microsoft KB article, mines are out of date as the March 31, 2023 was because I did a repair install using the Beta version ISO that was released on or a few days before March 31, 2023.

I think you only get them when the one you have is out-of date.
Starting in Feb. 2021, they were coming out about every month or every other month.
Lately, they seem to come a bit less often.

Wow! I can use this pic for just about all things... Microsoft.

I also think they used to be called SSU (Servicing Stack Updates)?

Mines is out of date, see the image I just provided in the reply above when compared to the file date and size mentioned in the MSFT KB article as the current version is supposed to be from April 3, 2023, the ones I have are from December 19, 2022 which were installed when I did a repair install of the Win11 Beta version on March 31, 2023.

Every time MS notices that too many folks are having update issues... out comes a new and improved KB4023057.

Which is probably why they call it: Microsoft Update Health Tools.

Analogy #1...
Ever since Win 10, or even Win 8... Windows is like some seriously wild rapids.
You can't figure it out, you can't out do them, all you can do is go with the flow and try not to drown.

Analogy #2...
Windows is like an RPG video game. There are boss monsters, side quests, spells, elixirs, hidden things, etc.
The best you can do is gear up and try not to die.

NOTE All supported builds of Windows 10, versions 20H2, 21H1, 21H2, and Windows 11, version 21H2, and 22H2 require this update.

Yep, I think this one is supposed to read as 2023-03 but the latest I have is 2023-01 as the month is always the following month after the files date.

That was why I was asking since this post meant an update just came out but mines is already almost 3 months old as it's supposed to have a April 3, 2023 date for the files in question, mines are still dated December 19, 2022.

I just followed the link to get the Expedite_packages.zip. Inside, a couple of folders down, was this

I ran it, and nothing immediately changed in either Program Files or C. Panel > Progs & Features. Maybe after a restart?!

To get to Win 11, I did an In-Place Upgrade from Win 10.
On Win 10... KB4023057 (the MS Update Health Tools), first appeared in Feb. 2021.

My Logs folder isn't empty, there are 139 files in there, from Dec 2021 onwards....

...up until 18th March 2023.

Yes, I did the same with this install of Windows. I upgraded from 10 to 11 on 18th March 2023, same date as the last 8 of the logs.

my .etl files (Event Trace Log) are unreadable in anything like Notepad, but you can convert them to a .xml file readable in Notepad or a browser such as Edge. In a command prompt I used tracerpt UpdateHealthTools.001.etl -lr -o UpdateHealthTools.001.xml -of XML
