Voice Access​

  • New! This update adds commands to correct words that voice access fails to recognize. You can say “correct [text]” to correct specific text. Use “correct that” to correct text you last dictated. The correction window appears with a list of words labelled with numbers. You can say “click [number]” to select any word from the list. If you choose a word from the window, that word replaces the text you want to correct. You can also say “spell that” or “spell out” to dictate the correct spelling of text. You get suggestions as you spell out the text. All the words and phrases that you spell are added to the Windows dictionary. They will appear as suggestions when you try to spell the text again.
  • New! Voice access now works right when you start your PC. You can turn on voice access from the accessibility flyout box on the Lock screen. To turn it on automatically, go to Settings > Accessibility > Speech. Choose the setting to “Start voice access before you sign in to your PC.” Then you can use voice access to sign in to your PC and access other areas on the Lock screen.

  • Narrator fails to correctly state the name of the “remove an image” button. It also fails to say the name of the dialog or buttons for a skill.
  • When you are in the chat input box, pressing Tab does not change the keyboard focus. If you add an image to the chat input box, Narrator does not announce the addition.

yes...it can.
there is a step by step mini tutorial and the propose of it is to enable copilot. I did it and in the end copilot, paint were not enabled but all the other features were enabled. I don't know if i can post here the link, it is a safe link . If i can not post here, please PM me.

Hi,

I enabled every single new feature from Moment 4 via ViveTool, and installed all of the latest apps from Canary and Dev channels, but for some strange reason my Notepad doesn't have autosave feature, and my Photos app doesn't have new blur feature.

The link in the previous post was to disable, what i am posting is to enable copilot and for those stook in a loop.
For those on EU you must do the trick. You can run this command microsoft-edge:///?ux=copilot&tcp=1&source=taskbar with W+R.
You can make a shortcut on the desktop with the command, otherwise you must run the command everytime you want to run copilot, and it really opens copilot and not Edge, but attention for those who don't use Edge because this plague opens in the background and stays there, you must kill him via task manager. By the way, as i am talking about Edge, when you run it, it adds himself in the start-up apps 😡
...if you use Edge Beta, this thing don't happen.
Now, to enable the new features you must use vive tools to wake up the new features...so download vive tools and visit this link How to Enable New Copilot on Windows 11 | Not Showing?
my story is like yours....i updated to KB5030310 and nothing happened...then i was stuck in a loop with this update KB5030509.
But when i run vive tools and enaled the hidden features, all was there except, of course copilot and the new paint...this will be updated via Microsoft Store, well, i think.

Well... yeah, that's why I posted the way to disable. While you respectably want to enable copilot, AMD card users need to disable the new features, because Microsoft introduced this bug in where your fan curves or voltage settings are being reset each time you reboot your system. Apparently, Adrenalin software thinks there is power loss every time you reboot, which is not the case, and then resets every custom setting for fans and voltages.

If you got anything other than a Radeon Discrete VGA, you are fine tho, as you don't have those settings available even, but people like me is needing to disable all, because Microsoft is introducing pretty uncomfortable bugs... And this is sad, I was loving the new volume mixer in the flyout...
