KB5031448 Windows 11 Insider Beta Build 22635.2552

Hi Guys, newbie here (just joined the group),
Can anyone assist, after having just installed the latest Beta Channel release:
Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.22635.2552) (KB5031448)
Once again my Outlook (2019) Signature Icons are corrupt, text is OK (but Icons are greyed out)
I have already installed patch to Registry (Restore Cloud Storage Roaming Signatures to Local Outlook), as follows:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup\DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle - REG_DWORD (32-bit)
And set default value to '1'
I have installed this registry fix for past releases, and it cured the problem - but NOT this time...
Any help would be much appreciated.

Update: This problem only occurs when - 'Replying', 'Replying to All' and 'Forwarding' - NOT for New email...
