These are "cumulative" updates, so they include whatever came before... in most cases.


Also... it might be something in your firewall, that's blocking it.

This is just deleting a folder - Ive already tried that.
Also turned off antivirus and firewall; also clean boot.

Well... try installing KB5034848, and see if you have better luck with that one.
