Hello Windows Insiders, today we’re releasing Windows 11 Builds 22621.3371 and 22631.3371 (KB5035942) to Insiders in the Release Preview Channel on Windows 11, version 22H2 (Build 22621) and version 23H2 (Build 22631).

The problem was corrupt Logitech drivers. I uninstalled the device, deleted GHUB and the driver, rebooted and reinstalled everything. All is well. The build is fine.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

What to do if you are administrator, there are no other users, yet the program insists I cannot activate lock option under power options because I’m not system administrator?

Have you tried merging the .reg from Shawn? I think a system restart may be required.

What's being rolled out gradually is the 'Weather and more' info tiles at the bottom of the lock screen. Whether it's rolled out to you or not yet should have no effect of whether you can lock your screen.

New! This update adds more content to your lock screen. In addition to weather, sports, traffic, and finance content will appear. To turn on this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen. Note this feature might not be available to all users because it will roll out gradually.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. They added "Traffic near you". 🤷‍♂️
