Win Update KB5063060 Windows 11 Out-of-Band build 26100.4351 (24H2) - June 11

 Microsoft Support:

June 11, 2025 - KB5063060 (OS Build 26100.4351) Out-of-band

For information about Windows update terminology, see types of Windows updates and the monthly quality update types. To find an overview, see the update history page for Windows 11, version 24H2.

Follow @WindowsUpdate to find out when new content is published to the Windows release health dashboard.

Improvements

This Out-of-band (OOB) update includes quality improvements. This update is cumulative and includes security fixes and improvements from the June 10, 2025, security update (KB5060842), in addition to the following:
  • [Fix for incompatibility issue with Easy Anti-Cheat] This update addresses an incompatibility issue where Windows might restart unexpectedly when opening games that use the Easy Anti-Cheat service. Easy Anti-Cheat automatically installs with certain games to enhance security and prevent cheating in multiplayer online PC games.

Note: Windows users likely didn't experience this issue because the update that led to the incompatibility issue (KB5060842) was not offered to devices with Easy Anti-Cheat installed.
This OOB update downloads and installs automatically from Windows Update and Microsoft Update on devices with Easy Anti-Cheat installed and on devices that have not installed KB5060842 yet.

Windows 11 servicing stack update (KB5059502)- 26100.4193

This update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack, which is the component that installs Windows updates. Servicing stack updates (SSU) ensure that you have a robust and reliable servicing stack so that your devices can receive and install Microsoft updates. To learn more about SSUs, see Simplifying on-premises deployment of servicing stack updates.

Known issues in this update

1 Noto fonts issue

Applies to: All users

Symptom
There are reports of blurry or unclear CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) text when displayed at 96 DPI (100% scaling) in Chromium-based browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. The March 2025 Preview Update introduced Noto fonts in collaboration with Google, for CJK languages as fallbacks to improve text rendering when websites or apps don’t specify appropriate fonts. The issue is due to limited pixel density at 96 DPI, which can reduce the clarity and alignment of CJK characters. Increasing the display scaling improves clarity by enhancing text rendering.

Workaround
As a temporary workaround, increase your display scaling to 125% or 150% to improve text clarity. For more information, see Change your screen resolution and layout in Windows.

We are investigating this issue and will provide more information when it is available.

How to get this update

Before you install this update

Microsoft combines the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system with the latest cumulative update (LCU). For general information about SSUs, see Servicing stack updates and Servicing Stack Updates (SSU): Frequently Asked Questions.

Install this update

To install this update, use one of the following Windows and Microsoft release channels.

AvailableNext Step
Included
This update downloads and installs automatically from Windows Update and Microsoft Update.
Not included
MSU from MUC. See the other options.

If you want to remove the LCU

To remove the LCU after installing the combined SSU and LCU package, use the DISM/Remove-Package command line option with the LCU package name as the argument. You can find the package name by using this command: DISM /online /get-packages.

Running Windows Update Standalone Installer (wusa.exe) with the /uninstall switch on the combined package will not work because the combined package contains the SSU. You cannot remove the SSU from the system after installation.

File information

For a list of the files in this update, download the file information for cumulative update 5063060.

Did yo you read my "dism /online /cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore " ?
Whats your opinian/advice of it......??
If it says more then 2 or 0 (in case you removed that 1 1742 package) reclaim the rest. Just use "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup" When done run that /AnalyzeComponentStore command again to confirm it did it's job.

There's no need to hurry. Unless you're playing specific online first-person games, it's everything included in the normal June 2025 update with a few extra fixes for the affected gamers.

You can skip it, and just wait for the normal July 2025 Monthly Update when it arrives.

Did these steps:
1- Used UUPDump to download latest version of retail Windows using my CovertConfig.ini and CustomAppsList. (inf drivers integrated in this step)
2- Used my script to debloat some parts of Windows (removes defender too)
3- Used NTLite to change some settings and remove other parts using this preset.
4- Added silent installers of MateBook drivers and utilities.
5- Added some batch files to modify Services and Scheduled tasks and also some other tasks.
6- Ran a Maintenance script to make sure everything is running well.

Many services disabled (Defender, SysMain, Search & etc.) and many of them changed to manual. also, many components and features removed including FODs, Windows features which you can see on shared preset above, OneDrive, AI tools & etc.

Everything's working well. only 1.5GB of RAM is occupied and 70 processes are using CPU in idle. Windows update works well. DISM and SFC show no errors. about 10GB of C drive is occupied (can't remember the exact size, but it's really lower than the original image size because I installed apps to test it and forgot to note the exact size)

Tested applications:
- Edge browser
- MS Store apps (only Photos, Calculator, Clock, Paint, Snipping tools, Sound recorder)
- ESET Security Premium
- 3Ds Max
- AutoCAD
- ETABS
- SAP2000
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- MATLAB
- 7zip
- FDM
- Office 365 (Customized with this tutorial)
- PDFGear
- Revo uninstaller pro
- Telegram
- VLC
- WinRAR
- Notepad++
- Winget commands

After installing each program, it adds some services and startups which I disabled them all. for those not working without their components and services, created a shortcut which launches a script to activate the service before running that specific software.

I want to give special thanks to @garlin for all his help and guidance.❤️

Don't think this version is ment for gaming. Let Windows update decide if it's needed or not.

I don't recall seeing that problem in these forums before.

I hope that the Israeli bombs, missiles, and drones continue to miss you and yours.

(That's not to take sides. War is unhealthy.)

Yeah. War is not a good thing for the infrastructure.
But you mentioned NTLite. I am looking at it. YES! A program that I always wanted! A custom Windows ISO Builder. Turn on (or off) registry I always had to change at a new install. Incl. All the current updates. And programs I always install standard. Everything is possible. All you want. Thanks for the tip! 👍
