Well personally I don't think coffee is good for me but I look forward to it to get me going in the morning.I am sure after a while doing without it I could get going anyway. :wink:

It seems to be like everything else we consume. Some suggest it's beneficial, other things you read, say not.

I certainly don't think you having a cup (or even two) daily, is necessarily a bad thing. In fact, if I was used to having a cup daily, it likely would not make me jittery. But even that, only last for a while. No biggie. ;)

Well I have been drinking it since I was 11 years old I drink 2 cups in the morning and 1 in the afternoon ,it doesn't seem to bother me but I really don't see how it could be good for me in anyway. 🤷‍♂️ 😃
