Hey, question for you...In 'The Great White North', do contractors still put #9 wire in driveways?

Maybe I'm dating myself, with the question. But it sure seems stronger than simply sprinkling in bits of fiberglass to the mix.


Just had one poured today at a flip I'm about to market, and nothing but framing and pour. No #9 at all.


I hope it last for a year, at least. ;)

Yup! Around here most use a 5x5 12-16 gauge wire.

For years 9 gauge was standard here...apparently, not anymore.
