Gotta use hefty reinforcement here, the heaving from freeze/thaw cycle is brutal! Some guys use both wire and fiber-mesh, depending on the type of slab.

It's just shy of 1600 Sq. FT.. Drive and short sidewalk.

I think all in all, it was a fair price. I'm not really complaining, I know it's rough work, and the price of material and labor has skyrocketed.
