Yeah, perhaps an issue with your system? Mine is always there. It's usually the desktop right click that disappears after awhile.

My taskbar icon also go missing after like every update and when I right-click on desktop it just loads the menu but without the adrenalin option. What I do is to disable and then enable the system tray menu in amd adrenalin settings and after restart everything works normally.

I don't worry about it as I rarely use it anyway. I always install, but if I need to access it, the icon is always sitting in system tray, so....

But, yeah, there's now this inconsistency as to availability, which for me, is the right click desktop menu - sometimes it's there for a short while before completely disappearing. It's only (for me) that when I update the software, it'll do the same - be there for a while, then disappear again.

I've never really looked into it, since as I said, the sys tray icon is always there. I just brought it up to see if others are having the same issue.

The issue I've had with all the recent Adrenalin software going back 3-4 months is with AMD HDMI audio from my RX 7900 XTX. It was troublesome on my old AMD system and yesterday it caused a BSOD on my new Intel 13th Gen PC.

So currently I'm using the onboard Realtek audio and have disabled the AMD HDMI Audio inside the audio settings in Windows 11.

The only other minor issue I have with these Adrenalin drivers\software is sometimes it doesn't appear on the desktop right click menu.

These new Radeon drivers are a bit faster based on scores in 3Dmark with my 7900 XTX. Not sure if the same applies to 6000 series and older though.

One of my PCs has the RX 5700 XT Driver. Although I haven't checked any scores or run any tests, so far it seems quick and without any glitches. :thumbsup:

I've done some benchmarks using the AMD FSR 2 Feature Test from 3DMark.
Here is the weblink to the full benchmarks (should be viewable without a 3DMark user account). Also has full specifications of my PC. It would be interesting to know how much of a difference FSR 2 makes with other AMD Radeon GPU's.

There is an issue with the HDMI audio driver 10.0.1.24 in AMD Radeon Adrenalin software that causes BSODs (I have this issue). I mitigated this temporarily by disabling the aforementioned driver in Windows. There is an updated driver that I will try out over the next couple of days and report back on how it works.

One of the biggest reasons for this update so soon after the previous software is this which is for RX 7900 series GPUs.

AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 22.40.57.06 for F1® 23 Software

These are not the normal monthly update but do have optimisations for the F1 2023 game. It is to be assumed that AMD will release some new Radeon software and drivers around the end of the month as usual. They cover most Radeon GPUs except the RX 7600 cards which have their own drivers. AMD Software: Adrenalin Software version 23.20.00.11

I normally update this software\drivers directly from AMD but this one came up in Windows Update this morning and didn't give me a choice whether or not I wanted it installed. Btw I'm on Windows 11 Release Preview Channel.

They have a rather different driver with (Hardware-Accelerated GPU scheduling (HAGS) enabled. HAGS is supposed to reduce latency and improve performance. It hasn't been included in the recent versions

Also the Software control panel is a bit different and seems to be leaner with some stuff removed. The Direct3D, OpenCL, and OpenGL drivers are also different to the last official release. There is naturally no release notes from AMD either.

This doesn't seem to be download available from AMD currently. So it is hard to tell if this is a beta or release version of the Adrenalin software and drivers.
