The FF Nova Customise UI page seems to be 'partly' fixed in Nightly_154.0a1 (it now shows at full height, but padding seems to be missing around the browser container).

The new interface still appears to allow all the usual CSS customisations as with the non Nova interface (helpful for those of us who like to stick with a more traditional interface!).

My userChrome.css is full of customizations to get an acceptable UI. As soon as Mozilla makes the use of that impossible, I'll be gone (after using Firefox almost from the beginning of it).
