Wellsir, since I'm one of those"enthusiasts," and since my 124.x didn't want to update, I went to the Candidates listings on the server and got 125 and overwrote my 124 files. 125 is now running perfectly on my non-Beta machine as well.

That is what I do with every release of Firefox. I wait until at least Beta 9 and then move to the next higher release. I just install it over as you did and it just upgrades it. A long time ago I was doing nightly build, but I am a tad too old for that now. 👴
