so it does download for me......
maybe its your browser and or settings..

Sorry abut that, it turned out that my FF (same version) doesn't ask and just downloads file from that link or any .zip. After clicking on it few times I found that same file downloading as many times. That doesn't happen with .exe or any other type.

I use a directory structure to save different types of files to different locations

so asking me where to download files is a must for me...
you have it set to auto download to one location...
CountMike, you can change that if you want...

I use one HDD for storage of backups of all sorts...
installers, archives of programs I use, BIOS updates, and all the other stuff I store...

A good idea, from a sanity PoV, but also from a security perspective.

I didn't enable it because I (mistakenly)thought it was always going to ask for and have to select location. It's OK now as it works like it did before. It was kinda stupid of them to change defaults.
