Yeah, it was easy for me. I had an image taken just before the update, and I don't have the menagerie of PCs that you have.

Just restored system to yesterday's state literary just minutes before MR update. MR is now not offering last update which should mean it was pulled ? Anyway, as soon as I booted it automatically made new Incremental backup as scheduled.
Gonna do same to Insider dev now.

I've update on 5 machines so far and have not experienced any of the issues posted here. Odd, I know. All done thru the normal update process, no installers.

I wonder what the differences are.
My installation doesn't have CBT configured, but everything else is running.
I'm on W10 22H2.
Programs that could interfere Malwarebytes and Windows Defender. Neither have reported anything.
Reliability History shows no associated crashes.

No CBT, but do have Guardian running. No ViBoot or other things. MBAM and Defender. 22H2. Win 11.

For those with errors and oddities, maybe downloading the full installer and doing a Repair might help. Always a possibility of a mucked-up update download. (they were having slow CDN issues)

That's what I did and I've had no problems (other than the lack of systray icon and notifications)

Just remembering back to yesterday morning when my daily Incremental backup ran - I had no system tray icon then, nor notification for the backup start/end. This was BEFORE the newest Macrium update was installed.

Just remembering back to yesterday morning when my daily Incremental backup ran - I had no system tray icon then, nor notification for the backup start/end. This was BEFORE the newest Macrium update was installed.

I do my daily backup overnight, so I would not notice the tray icon, but I do note that I do not see the start/finish notifications.

I don't know about the tray icon but the previous version output messages at start and finish for a scheduled backup yesterday and my restored version put out messages and a tray icon for today's scheduled image. I watched it very closely and hid and showed it to make sure.
