I installed Malwarebytes on 5 systems. I cannot open an account because the site says It is already registered. I cannot log into an account because the site says I don't have an account. Opening a support ticket produced zero. Any ideas before I file a chargeback?

Don't worry about the support ticket. I don't know how to find it . I've moved past it. I think I can go forward without an account. The product seems to be working well. I have had no response at all from Malwarebytes in any form. It has been 5 days. I probably won't renew but I don't have anything negative to say about it other than the lack of support. It is a relief to be away from PC Matic's buggy software.

I did find the support ticket number in a robo email. I don't know whether it was the first ticket or the second one. It is 3730857.

Your effort worked. I did get an email from support. Unfortunately the tech sent me a link to create an account. Not much help. Been there done that and explained it in the ticket. Thanks for the effort.

If the account you are trying to deal with is with/through https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login you will be happy later you corrected any issue now.

Once corrected, please keep a good record of its login/password and make sure your licenses are recorded accurately.

I responded to the email reminding him that I couldn't create an account because the site says I am already registered. I can't log in because the site says I have no account. Nothing has changed. The problem is not at my end. Trust me. I can't but wonder if, perhaps, I had an account years ago that I've forgotten about. If so I wouldn't be able to know now to log in and it would relate to something other than my current subscription. If they come up with something, I'm interested. If not, I'll survive without an account. Thanks.
