I've been reading a lot of articles in the last few days saying that Win 11 is nothing more than some GUI changes and a few small new features like the ability to run Android apps.
However, in less than an hour playing on my laptop, I'm already finding a few small gems that I really like. Some of these things are small items, but they all add up to a much improved experience.
Here's just a few small gems I've noticed:
1) There is now an option to reopen all file explorer windows after a reboot. So now, like other restartable apps such as notepad and Edge, you can perform a reboot and all those apps / windows will show up on your desktop right where they were before you rebooted.
2) When you right-click on a file or folder you have icons at the top of that context menu for Cut, Copy, etc. I really like that because on my Win 10 system these frequently used items are buried in a really big context list.

3) Also when right-clicking a file the option to "copy as path" is now right there. In Win 10 you had to hold SHIFT while right-clicking to see this option. I suspect that I use this more than many people do (probably a hundred times a day) so this is especially welcome.
