local-ntp is blocked

I get this when I click on the X of the last tab of the Edge browser window to close the window. I know there are other ways to close the window but this is the easiest way for me since my cursor is usually in that area any way as I close other tabs. This started happening a couple months ago. Does anyone else see this? Is there a fix? This is what the window looks like when I click on the tabs X

Since it was blocked by Edge, you are probably using some content blocker, which blocks tracking.
I block MSN via DNS, so it blocks ntp.msn.com as well, there is no reason to allow it, just to see this.
