Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features > Folder Size (64Bit)

As far as I can tell WizTree (my personal fave) shows folder size by default in its per-drive folder listings (and you can navigate to arbitrary depth and get the same per-folder info). FWIW, it's MUCH faster than WinDirStat (and regularly maintained, as well).
