Losing internet connection on the regular

I have a new PC and it performs like a dream, other than one major bugbear. Whenever I am downloading, or uploading anything significant, to and from the web, I can visually see my internet download/upload speed drop bit by bit, pretty rapidly, until I lose connection altogether. I then have to run a troubleshooter which more often than not, does not fix the issue, so I have to restart my PC. I'll then get connection again, but as soon as I'm dowloading or uploading anything for more than 10-20 minutes, the same thing will happen again. I'm trying to back up the contents of my hard drive to iDrive at the moment, and it's doing this every time.

I ran the troubleshooter it gave me this (see attached photo).

I thought it may be something to do with my VPN, but it's doing it with the VPN on or off.

Any help is much appreciated.
