I noticed today that two of my weekly full backups (windows C partition and Documents D partition) had suddenly blown out in size by 40 Gb. When i checked the definition files i found that both had added and extra partition to the the backup - it was my F drive of 40 GB.
Has anyone ever had this happen before?

I have never seen a definition file being changed without deliberate user editing. Are you sure that maybe one time you did not accidentally click the F partition to do a backup and the xml file got automatically updated or something like that?

cereberus,
I thought that might be a possibility on one routine but on two backup routines?
