Solved Macrium, Imaging the C-Drive

Well, he has no idea how to perform a backup, create a bootable USB or install Windows so I wouldn't be surprised if dates confuse him as well.

That's simply rude and offensive. There's no need for comments like that.

Clearly other countries celebrate New Years TWO months after the US, not!!
Right, because the Islamic new year, Jewish new year, and Chinese new year totally do not exist. Everyone on Earth uses the Gregorian calendar, surely.

Not really as if you read through the threads, it becomes obvious that jro11 is oblivious to the help being offered and is trying his hardest to make even the simple things as difficult as possible.

Fair enough but the US would celebrate New Years on the 31st December, whereas Judaism, Islamism and the Chinese have their own calendars. The US falls in with the majority of the World's countries.

Yes, really. If you don't like the way the OP responds (or doesn't respond) or acts on (or doesn't) to advice, just ignore the thread. It's not our place to criticize or insult someone on a forum. Just move on if you feel the OP isn't the type of person you want to help or spend any more time on.

Oh, no you don't and Mama Glass rescends your apology for you! You owe no apology to anyone. There's frustration...and there's outright rudeness which is never acceptable.
Frustration is natural when ones' efforts do not help...for whatever reason. Yet, you managed to graciously stick with this OP through thick and thin going above and beyond.

On the other hand, to be rude and outright insulting is not ever acceptable, most especially not from one who has no dog in the hunt. Such remarks are made to make one feel bad and is hateful. The apology owed should be from @markw51 to jro11. He was outright unkind when he could just have easily kept his opinion to himself or made it known in a more respectful manner.
