Solved Macrium Reflect restore very slow since last update

Since the last update of Macrium Reflect, when I restore a full image using rescue media, a task that used to take approx 1 minute 10 seconds now takes almost 15 minutes to complete.
Any ideas where to start looking to fix this? I've re-made the rescue media but that didn't help. Could it be missing a driver for the Kingston M.2 stick?
When doing a full backup in Win11 it takes just 1 minute 5 seconds. It's as if I have some kind of slowdown when not in Windows.
Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Just to add, I just booted using a USB stick. The restore was a little bit quicker although MR took much longer to load up initially than it does from the SSD I normally use.
I have a SSD drive where I keep all the backups and has the boot media on it.

Yes, latest build 7784
How do I rebuild the WIM?
Do I remove the boot menu.
Delete the Boot folder on the SSD and rebuild it in MR

If you go to that screen and hold control button, when you hover over build, you should see an option 'force rebuild'.
