Managing multiple remote sessions

Hi everyone!
I have a question. I’m using HelpWire for remote support and need to install and update software on multiple clients at the same time. But whenever I connect to a new client, the connection to the previous one gets interrupted.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to manage multiple remote connections simultaneously and how to set that up?
I’d really appreciate any advice!

I get what you mean but the way they work is one user at a time. It makes sense for basic remote support, which seems to be their main focus, but it’s not great for monitoring or admin work. Hopefully they’ll reconsider this in the future. Still, it’s nice software to keep around for tech support.

I understand it might be a bit of a read, but several options are available.
RDW wrapper should do the job as modifying termsrv.dll in hex might be a step too far.
