Per MS for this error 1108, "The event logging service encountered an error while processing an incoming event published from %1. We recommend monitoring for all events of this type and checking what the cause of the error was."

Use reliability monitor to find what is causing the errors. If you click on all those red x'es in reliability monitor, it may give you more information about those critical errors. You can expand even further by clicking on 'view technical details'

If those red X'es point to software in the graph, you can perform a clean boot to find the software conflicts. Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 11 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts Tutorial
