That's a DELL Diagnostics driver. It seems that the tool can't scan (query), that driver for some reason.
Go to:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers
And temporarily rename
dddriver64Dcsa.sys to
dddriver64Dcsa.sys.off, then rerun the scan.
Or you could use Autoruns (Driver tab) to temporarily disable that driver.

You can also just uninstall
DELL Data Vault, which is where that driver came from.
