Microsoft 365 Won't Connect Unless A New User Profile Is Created In Windows

Created an account just to thank everyone, especially coldnorth for his great work. I have been working on this issue with multiple users since the beginning of the year. I've tried everything around the sun so had to have users that kept having this issue just use the web app. Thanks again, great work!

Just wanted to create an account and thank @coldnorth for his answer. I have dealt with this issue for the last year. It comes and goes without any rhyme or reason for some users.

ColdNorth's answer resolved this issue when MS support told me to just factory reset the PCs and that the issue was with our network.

I have also found another workaround that works sometimes, simply switching from wired network to wireless network will can sometimes reconnect you to the MS services, but when that doesn't work ColdNorth's solution worked amazingly. Today's issue just so happened to be on my CEO's laptop and I was very happy to not have to recreate his profile or his whole OS.
