eBay was the biggest seller of Scrap Keys. I believe they have changed their policy and now rightly terminate any seller that uses the term. Keys would sell for as little as $5

I read of instances where a legitimate user was met with the message that their copy of Office was activated too many times. Meaning more than likely, someone successfully activated their copy of Office and by default overrode the original user. I don’t know how.
