I've had it for a couple of days and besides combining DiskCleanup/StartupApps/Virus check/Storage Management,
it adds nothing new, but it works.
Its strength is that it does unify those apps and it's free and no constant reminder of a Pro version.
I like the 'fortunate' misspelling of Threats (it is Treats in the app). Halloween is coming up after all.

Can someone explain the purpose of this application to me? For me, a well written operating system should not need some kind of performance enhancement tool. I would also say, I have not had any real performance issues on Windows 11, yet... I am not even sure what purpose this would serve.

Installed it today, looks like compilation of windows utilities and maintenance Unlike some 3rd party similar APPs looks like it's much safer.

I read somewhere that this is MS's answer to CCleaner.
Again I worry that MS is trying to replace yet another third party program, and I worry that they don't have the capacity to "do it all" and "do it all properly".

I don't trust monopolies. I never have and I never will.
Every time I see a monopoly, one of two things happens... the quality goes down or the price goes up.
Both for the same reason... no competition.

How and where did you get it? Legitimate site (not Chinese!) ?
I find statements like these quite funny. The fact is this: the biggest spy in the world is the United States of America. State sponsored and a matter of policy (Edward Snowden, Julian Assange).

They are also good in creating a false (fake) narrative that shows other countries in poor light because they control most of the technology (both hardware and software):

Software: Google, Apple, Microsoft, etc.
Hardware: Qualcomm, Intel, AMD, Apple, etc.
Services: Amazon, Netflix, etc.
Social media: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
News channels too (there are no journalists anymore; only media-persons)

....you name it: all are American companies! This isn't a mere coincidence!

So let's not name countries, unless we put the USA on top of rogue nations. The USA spies on the whole world, right down to individuals.
