Solved Microsoft store does not work, Watsapp app does not start

Today Watsapp app stopped starting, hangs on start. It definitely worked most of the day.

Now it hangs at start.

The Store app cannot update or download any app, says error 0x80004002.

How can I fix this?

Made restoration to the point of yesterday - did not help.
