My microsoft vulnerable driver blocklist under the "core isolation" is grey out, but it's on. Is there away to get it ungrey out so I can choose which one I want?

You can't choose which one you want - it is off or on only.

You can only set it off temporarily to back up drivers, which Windows normally shuts down because it can be abused by malware.
