Microsoft/Windows Defender Automatic Sample Submission

I keep getting the alert notification that Automatic Sample Submission is turned off. I manually go in and "dismiss" it in two different places and it comes back every few days. How can I get it to stop warning me?

There is a Dismiss option when you turn off Automatic Sample Submission that should disabled the notification.

If you use a real antivirus disable defender with cmd as admin

That is the link I use. I have to click it every few days though. I want it to stop resetting...I should only have to click dismiss once and not be asked again every couple of days.
