I have run the collection agent V2. See the attachment.
Edit:
Tried to upload the extracted file from V2 but is too large at 2.6M

ried to upload the extracted file from V2 but is too large at 2.6M
Because of the file's size, you have to upload the file to a cloud provider and post a link to it. (onedrive, dropbox, googledrive)
In the meantime, since you are not seeing any problem, check reliability monitor (search reliability). See if there is anything being reported there corresponding to the time of your event.
You can also check event logs. However the amount of info there is overwhelming so it's a hunt and peck procedure. Maybe these instructions will help.

OK the V2 file has been uploaded to Google Drive here . As suggested I had a look at the reliability monitor and there are some incidents from this morning that seem to coincide with the problems. See the attachment.

Step 3 Load BIOS v1.50 completed.
This BIOS has made a couple of changes to the UI. The mouse moves rationally now instead of being somewhat jittery. It's the first MSI BIOS that I have seen in the last few years that does not reset the settings when it loads a new BIOS. The main mods that I do are fan profiles and speeds and these were all unchanged after loading the new BIOS. I did reset all settings and reconfigure my usual changes.

This BIOS also includes the secure boot changes to settings but MSI still allows a compatibility mode so that if a component does not conform to secure boot it is ignored. Better than the way it was where secure boot was completely ignored.

Step 4 New restore point completed.
Step 2 Remove and reload GPU drivers tomorrow.

@zbook Thanks for your advice and help.
You appear to have selected the GPU as the problem. Was that for a particular reason? Did that show in the analysis results?

I may not know if the problem has been fixed as it is occasional. I will leave this thread open and update it later.
The results files in Google Drive will remain in place but I will limit access within 24 hours.

This may help others when trying to get to Safe Mode.
I had a problem that the keyboard would not work when selecting Safe Mode from the list of Options.
I had to turn off MSI Fast Startup and Fast Startup in the BIOS probably because when on as the USB drivers don't load until Windows is up.

The collected files and debugging indicated problems with the Nvidia GPU.

Please post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

Expanded device manager with hidden items. A mouse and a keyboard definition showed exclamation marks. These devices were not present and had a Code 45. They have been removed. See the image. If they relate to a real device then they willbe defined when they are presented again if ever. There are many devices (particularly USB) that are defined but not currently connected but I believe that is normal behaviour.

The new V2 report file is available on Google Drive here.

When browsing (MS Edge) I had problems with certain web sites that were very slow to load or did not completely load.
Those web sites appear to load more quickly now. So this exercise can be considered a success on that basis.

The last BSOD was on 03/20/2023.

The computer had a manual power off or a spontaneous unexpected shutdown and restart on 03/21/2022.

If you did not perform a manual power off then the computer needs more monitoring.

Please monitor using reliability monitor: (see the link that glasskuter posted in post #2)

This is the time of the incident above and given the Z then I assume it is reported as UTC. Given my location is UTC +11H currently then that would be 19:12 March 21 local. Local time is 18:33 right now. The Reliability monitor shows no events today. I am puzzled.

Monitor the computer for another three days.

If there are no BSOD or unexpected shutdowns and restarts dated 3/22 - 3/24 then that will complete the troubleshooting.

There are no more problems occurring. Checking the Reliability Monitor there are no problems shown from 9 November when Windows 11 was installed thru to 1 January. From then there were Hardware Failures etc. Much of it was unrecognised because being a GPU failure there were no system failures shown on screen. The most recognisable problem was slow downs while browsing and who is to say it's not a slow web site.

I looked for what happened and it was a new GPU on 31 December. The old driver was uninstalled and the old hardware replaced (both nVidia) but it would seem that something went wrong and the old driver left some rubbish. The advice from @zbook was key to fixing the problem. Thank you for that. The problem is now closed.
