missing startup files?

When I run Autoruns from SysInternals I find this entry which suggest that these files are missing. They don't seem to be required as the have been missing for a long time (May '22) according to the time stamp at the end of the line yet the laptop runs perfectly therefore I first tried to disable the entries to stop them running - but I can't. I then tried to delete them, and I cannot delete them either :(

Any suggestions on how to remove them - or is it just a case of deleting them directly from the registry? Also does anyone have any idea what they were (or are?)

I have the same but, I have disabled Delivery Optimization in Registry and this might just
be what it is. Have you disabled some process in the Registry?

I have Delivery Optimizations turned off in the WU settings, but I don't recall disabling it in the registry.
Well... I just disabled Delivery Optimization in the registry and rebooted... and I still have those files in Autoruns.

So, it's gotta be something else.

From what I've read, it seems that those files are not really missing.
They are for either 32 or 64 bit and in different folders so, if not there
it's because they are not suppose to be if that makes any sense.

OH and, turning Delivery Optimizations off in Settings does nothing.
If you check Services, you'll see that even though you did turn off
in Settings when you look in Services and click on Properties, you
cannot disable it unless you do it in Registry and even then, MS
has the ability to turn it back on when they want to. I've seen it
happen quite a few times already.

Can't you mitigate that with ShowHide app? which still works and
will not be disabled by MS for Home users.

Those results, were they for Pro or Home and I see you have XP.

GPO is the sole reason I advocate purchasing PRO. Back in 10 I saw more than one instance where I had disabled this or that in the registry get reversed by an update or upgrade. However, I have never seen anything disabled in group policy get reversed. IMO the only registry changes we make that updates do not touch are those in HKCU. MS will change the others at their disgression.
