Solved MS Edge - Send to Devices - not working

When I am on my Windows PC or my Samsung Android, I am unable to use the "Send to Devices" feature on Edge. I am logged onto my MS account on both, and sync is fully enabled. I have tried resyncing and everything and I do not know what to do from here.

I believe you have to be signed into a MS account on both devices.
