I use MS Teams with a Personal account, every weekend I use it to video call my mum. Normally there's never a problem but today I had no video, just the circle for the name, and the little box where my video image goes was just a blank grey square. Mum could hear and see me as normal and I could hear her but not see her.
Tried with my partner in the same house, same problem so not a network issue. I've not changed anything since last time I used Teams.
This is the version of Teams that's pre-installed with Windows 11. No problem with the Android app.
