System settings fine, but what exactly you imply by other app settings? Like VLC, Brave, 7 zip etc. in dark? Is that possible?

The 'other' apps have to use that setting... it's up to the developer of the app if they want to.

But in settings, it's right below the option mentioned earlier in the thread.

After I saw your post, I went to open Word 2021 and Malwarebytes blocks it from opening telling me there's an exploit.

I can't seem to unblock it either. Clicking View Report mentions something about the standard command to taskkill explorer.
