Thanks @Edwin , pinning to taskbar shows all even without changing their names (like in File Explorer), BUT earlier won't show on Recommended without changing their names. :unsure:

@Winuser , when I click on save as and give it a new name I get this message from Off.... I just click on OK and now they are showing instantly as mentioned under Recommended.

@Winuser , just noticed, by changing the name of one earlier file and saving it, has brought all earlier documents now showing up without even changing their name.....o_O

What a fortuitous occurrence! :rolleyes:
