my windows is using 100 GB of internet data each month so May I know what is main cause. Here are some options which is correct?

a- One drive is synching
b-windows updates
c-Delivery optimization

If you watch videos on YouTube or use Twitch or Netflix or similar streaming services, 100GB/month is nothing...I can sometimes have 250GB usage on my phone alone...

Also surfing on web pages that contain a lot of video ADs can up usage quite a lot.

Open Settings --> Network & internet --> Advanced network settings --> Data Usage.

You can check the data usage in Windows by the following steps:

1. Use the Windows key + I keyboard shortcut to open the Settings app.
2. Click Network & Internet.
3. Click the arrow to the right of Data usage. You'll see the total data usage by app from the last 30 days for Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections.

Funnily, it's summer here and computer has been mostly sitting idle...I have 6GB usage the last 30days.

On my phone it's about 100GB though...

It doesn't take much to rack it up these days. I don't use One Drive and I don't let other computers download updates using my computer. No way am I acting a server for other peoples updates on the internet! At least I'm fairly certain all my data use it because of me. I even have Google app updates on manual, mainly because I like knowing what I'm updating.
