New 3D Windows 11 emojis gone

I installed the new update for Windows 11 (KB5030509/KB5030510) and those had the new 3D emojis. In later updates though, those emojis were removed? or something and now my emojis are back to the old, flat design. When I searched it up, someone said that they had released the wrong emojis and that the flat ones were slightly updated..
how can I fix this? or is it true that they did revert?

The emoji for me are like the first image, but they should be the second image
