About a month ago I bought a Lenovo laptop for my spouse. I have power settings while plugged in as sleep - never. But after some time (not sure how much but more than just a couple minutes), it hibernates or goes to sleep. It is essentially dead except for the led by the power switch slowly blinking. tapping esc or other keys, clicking the mouse and even tapping the power doesn't wake it up. Have to press and hold the power button for the 4 or so seconds to force it off and then boot it normally.
